Asoke Place (Short Time) Near Soi Cowboy in Bangkok

For 300 odd baht you can rent a room at Asoke Place for three hours. Or you can stay longer for a bit more.
Longer stayers get better rooms than the short stayers.

Its only 1 minute away from Soi Cowboy, just walk from Cowboy into Soi 19 (the Country Road/ Tilac bar end) and turn right. Then its on the right, literally a few yards walk.

If you order drinks they give you a couple toothbrushes and toothpaste.
What more do you want after a few beer Changs?

A Story of the Japanese Eyesight at Baccara in Soi Cowboy

I was sat at the bar chatting to the cashier when a group of 5 Japanese customers walked in. Nothing unusual in that as Baccara is a favorite haunt of the Japanese.

What made it unusual was when they all took a small pair of binoculars out of their bags and started peering through them at the girls who were dancing only a few feet away ! Now, if the Japanese had bad eyesight I could forgive them, but they obviously had perfect eyesight. Then they started pointing at various girls and chatting amongst themselves. Whatever girl was pointed out then had 5 sets of eyes examining her body through binoculars. It was bizarre.

One of the good things about taking young Thai women abroad, women who have never been on a plane before, is that they do what you tell them - which, as you know, most Thai women don't. Hollywood Inn Is Now Open

Got word from the Bangkok Eyes that the bar and short-time hotel, Hollywood Inn, is in the space formerly occupied by The Big Mango Bar in Nana Entertainment Plaza is now open for business.
