The sign at Nana Plaza got repaired today. It appears that the delay in lighting it up was not a content issue, but rather an electrical situation of fixing the wiring.
Inside Nana Plaza the beer bars dominant the center part of the ground floor, with most of the go-go clubs on the ground floor also including beer bars outside their clubs in addition to the ones running down the middle.
